Dimitris Voulgaris is an Environmental Engineer with a Master’s degree from the University of Algarve in Portugal. He has participated in numerous scientific conferences and is the author of significant scientific publications.
Since 2009, he has been actively working in the field, preparing studies and participating in various projects. He has worked as a researcher in European Research Institutes and in LIFE programs. He has also undertaken the environmental permitting of public and private projects and is regularly engaged by public and private organisations on environmental research and advisory matters. He is also a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE).
